Refund for an unsuccessful order.

Hello,

Today 01 Sep 2012, I tried to purchase a Book (Item number:390455585612) off ebay with my SBOP Bank Debit Card and it displayed an error message. When I looked at my bank account statement, I saw that my account was debited Rs. 120.00 for an unsuccessful order.

Transaction detail:

POS Purchase 000000000001685 at Billdesk txn# 201216362850.

Please help me on this issue. I want my Rs. 120 back ASAP.

I purchase a 4-in-one sewing machine for Rs.910 and the same was paid by my credit card and Rs. 100 by e-bay coupon.
I have NOT (R) NOT yet received the item (dispatched thru Air Bill No. z68662880) after due date i.e 03 sep 12 whereas tracking shows that my item delivered on 29 Aug 12 and requested for refund action. May I also request that my coupon value should be also given back.
