The mentioned reference no. was lodged on 4/11/11 after my claim was approved but refund to the bank was not made.Till date there is no update on the above reference no. moreover they are not responding to the mail being written or speaking to customer support for the said claim.I am amazed with the style and refund policy of Ebay.
