Redressal of problems with items purchased through ebay

I have recently purchased a pack of space saving(vacuum) bags through ebay. On trying to use the bags I find that 50% of them do not retain the vacuum. On ebay I do not find any provision of lodging a complaint. The only provision that is available is to leave a negative feedback. And before you do that there is a provision to contact the seller. I have done that, but I am not receiving a reply from the seller. What do I do?

Leave a negative feedback. Complain to ebay and read their copy and paste replies.

All in all you can do nothing.

I am a regular buyer at ebay in addition to flipkart, letsbuy etc. My republic reward of Samsung Galaxy Y for purchasing more than Rs. 53000 worth of items has not been delivered to me till date by ebay. Two days back I again purchased Rs. 6140 worth of item but not participated in reward programme. Hence forth I will not ask for my rewards as ebay is nothing but "purely money minded" and cheating people. Only thing forget about ebay and go to flipkart who are doing an excellent job without any gimmicks to cheat consumers. AGAIN I AM WARNING YOU ALL - FORGET AND NEVER THINK OF EBAY IN FUTURE.
