Hi,
I ordered schneisser headphone from e bay and received the headphones on 22nd december 2016 in the evening. I checked the headphones and they amwere not working. I called in ebay and they said that i have to go to service centre to get them corrected. I had already made the payment.
This is utter non sense from ebay that who goes to service for a bew product and they are not refunding my product.i even called the seller and he is not picking up my phone. Kindly help me in getting this product refunded.
