# 181058046537). The item wass damaged with broken
wood at one side. The Seller said this was damaged by courier company hired by eBay so they will refund money. eBay rejected my gaurantee claim (160146) saying I did not send them damaged product pics on time however I have proof of sending them the required pics on time. No one is helping a customer who is stuck between argument of seller and eBay. I am highly disappointed with eBay as this is the second time such a thing is happening to me. Most likely I will never buy a product on eBay.
