When a buyer confirms his bid he agrees to the item price and shipping cost given in the ad. If he doesn't he shouldn't have bid in first place.Thought process has to come before the bidding not after.

File an unpaid item dispute and get the buyer suspended. His feedback will no longer be counted. As simple as that.
Ebay is an eternal boxing ground between buyers and sellers.

even i am in the same situation.

The feedback system on ebay is at its worst!

Buyers are exploiting this new feedback system

sellers do dot have any way to protest against the fake buyers !

I will be quiting ebay very soon

its not at all good , feedback system is very bad .

these 2 negative will take you to SNP action.

As your id fell below 5% satisfaction level.

due to these mess only good sellers are vanishing from eBay.

when eBay will wake up & take some good step towards feedback system ?

Nice to see your so many comment against Buyer...Ya In India we have different Kind of PPl..Ebay need to be more Systematic to filter our such Buyer. But For my case...I have paid ...after that seller is telling Item is Not In Stock....If the item is not in Stck...he could of remove it from Listing.

Seller shoule think about such seller too....Nothing can be one sided.

Minimum two unpaid strikes are required for buyer suspension from two different sellers. You got your FVF means buyer got two strikes but from same seller.This is not enough for his suspension.

Hi Meenu,

I have too received such unfair feedback. Why should I receive a Negative Feedback for an Unpaid transaction? My Account Manager had given me assurance last month that he will look into the matter internally and get it removed but after 2 weeks nothing has been done.

Can anyone say where I am wrong? Should I not have filed the UPI dispute and get the FVF credit? Before launching the new Feedback System it was announced that Unregistered buyer's and Unpaid item feedbacks will be removed. Now where is the truth of this announcement?

It is already more than a month and Community Court will start functioning next week, it will be too late to get my issue resolved. And why should I file my case to Community Court, if I am not wrong on my part?

Does eBay has a genuine reply (not copy-paste reply please) for my issue?

The buyer must have been confused as you've misrepresented the item location as germany

Good reason for the buyer to find shipping high if item location is germany

Dear blogram, buyer infact asked me this question well in advance and in fact she was very happy that she'd receive the item soon.
