I won a bid on laptop at reasonably good price, you can check that i was satisfied with the product and not asked anything about configuration. I made the payment also which was then transferred to the seller. The seller was actually not having the product in stock before putting it for Sale and now the prices were little more and so he refused and returned payment.
I have a question here that If seller can refuse like this, then what is the pupose of Bid? This will definately loose our (buyer) confidence in eBay's Bidding functionality.
Over and above when i left negative rating (which i should) then in return the seller also left negative rating saying that buyer was blackmailing for extra configuration. Please ask him then when i mailed him this blackmailing? This is clearly a Fraud and eBay also looks at seller side.
I dont understand that what is the use of Rating system and Bidding if you see my above case.
