REFUND ON UNSENT ITEM

WHEN I SELLER IS NOT DISPATCH THE SOLD MATERIAL THAN WHY U TAKE 15 DAYS TO REFUND THE AMOUNT. I HAVE ONLY PAID RS.409/- IF MY AMOUNT IS HUGE THAN I THINK IT WILL TAKE MANY YEARS TO REFUND THE SAME.
I HAVE PAID ON 28/03/2011 AND TODAY IS 11/04/2011 NEAR ABOUT 15 DAYS PASSED.

LOOK MY MATTER.

It is not about big or small amount. eBay has to verify everything with both buyer and the seller before they initiate the refund process.

customer should call customer care and launchg a complaint. ebay now should make a call to seller and confirm the reason of not despatching the produc. It should sort ou and release the payment in this case. whats the meaning of holding the payment. It can be looked into and sort out the customer problem to give him a good service.

i have paid for my item on 18th march to paisa pay n the product is yet not delivered.around 20 days passed.so y r u holding d refund.y dont u refunding dmoneyor u still waiting for the seller to ship the item???
