ebay had passed claim in my favour as intimated by its email dated 1 October 2005. but even after 60 days and various reminders the claim amount has not been sent to me. for the last 5 days, i have not received even reply to my emails sent to the ebay team who processed my claim. pls help me getting the claim amount at the earliest possible as i am already suffering much loss even after getting the claim amount. pls help. the claim no. is eBay Purchase Protection Claim 523107.

Sir,
I have got the Purchase Protection Claim #519611 in my favour,and I have recieved the payment.
While I am Thankful to the Ebay for the same,My suggestion is that once a purchase is made and payment done,you ensure that product is delivered to the buyer.
As of now after making the payment, we have to see if the delivery is made or not and then claim for the same.
