This is to inform you that despite I getting confirmation from support team that my gift is going to be soon delivered-(within 45 days from Oct31st), it has not been delivered yet. Please refer to SR# 1-5601467429 for the related details of paisa pay id and promotion details. I believe there may be some glitch that may be causing the issue. Will it be possible to update me on when it is going to be delivered(and if it has been sent through the tracking details to my ebay account). I had planned to gift the mobile phone to my Dad who lost his phone, and would appreciate if you can update at the earliest. He is currently without a phone and quick response would be great gesture.
Ebay is a highly reputed organization I am very sure that Ebay India will surely adhere to its reputation.
