I have also not yet received the mentioned gift.
I have purchased on 28 SEP it is now been 90 days...
I dont know what is happening with ebay.
Every time I call customer care they always try to give some excuse and escape.
What ebay is thinking off ???? are we customers or ???
This is my first time bad experience with ebay.
I am really upset.. planning to do some thing that gets attention from ebay.

Please keep us atleast updated on the status.
Send us an email / sms / letter or even a mis call . saying that "SORRY FOR THE DELAY" you will be receiving your gift item probably in couple of years . At least that makes sense as long as we are informed.
Why you want us to chase you .... please keep us posted. keep us informed. ........... you have our postal address, email address, mobile number .... just an SMS would that cost you, ok just give us mis call we will call you back.
