Dear EBay India, I am an unhappy customer of urs who made the mistake of ordering a product on your website. Please see order id 40736852607. Order placed on 14th Oct. Shipped by seller 16th Oct. Multiple interactions with FedEx and 2 weeks later we get to know that the package was lost. Claim raised on 26th Oct. No call, email or update from eBay at all. I have made a few calls to eBay, one even today, received bad and rude responses over the phone and constant false promises. Spoke to supervisors and made no difference. Almost a month gone, my order has not been fulfilled, my money is stuck and am getting absolutely horrible customer service.
Really bad this is.
