Product delivered to wrong address and not refunding

I paid for the D-link router on 22/11/2014(paisapay id #37921320256). The shiiping address was in Kolkata. But, the product has been shipped to somewhere in Mumbai!! Hence, raised a claim #813834. But, till now no solution has been provided. Please do the needful, as it's been almost 2 months I've paid for my product.
