This week i had purchased a 10 wt. soldering iron.I got it 2 days back.I plugged it for the first time and within 5 minutes the coil damaged and i could not do even one soldering.

I have just purchased iberry tablet BT07i, the mini USB to USB OTG cable is faulty. Seller is telling it technical problem and asking to contact product manufacturer for warranty.
On receipt of the product from the day one should I run behind iberry for warranty? iberry-estore is not responding for replacement.
