Problems with Relisting Items that dont sell

Hi Ebay,

I wanted to bring to your attention two important things for relisting items that dont sell.

1) Whenever i try to relist half of the items are not relisted and it always says system error pls go back and reselect.

2) Relisting doesnt offer the advantage of scheduling the items when we do bulk relisting. Please incorporate this feature.

Any sellers facing similar concerns can voice their opinion to ebay. Thanks!!

automatic credits never happened to sold and upi and fvf based items.
auto credits work well if you do a plain relist after first time item is unsold without altering it.

I had around 15 items that weren't successful selling the fist time around. When I tried to relist them it stated the following "This relisted item does not currently qualify for an Insertion Fee Credit. "
The item were clearly within the time frame for a credit so I contacted live help and she tried to tell me that it was because I listed the items using the sell similar item option. What a load of garbage. Ebay's employeeds don't even know how their own system works. As a result they have taken around $10 out of my pocket. Do you think anyone at Ebay will listen?
Time to contact fair trading I think.
