Problems while trying to buy from ebay.com

Dear sir,
Hi! My ebay user id is Devshoppe. I m originally registered on ebay.in ,
i m a powerseller and have bought from ebay.com many times earlier.
Today, i tried to bid on gemstone on ebay.com , whenever i click "Confirm my bid",
it asks me to verify my credit card, when i click "verify my card "
button, it gives error message that the system cant process my request
at the moment and i shud verify my card on ebay.in
Well, i have over 900 positive ratings, my account is clean, whenever i biddid on any item in past, i have always paid on time,I dont understand why i m getting this punishment now?
Even when u click my user id details, it shows that id verified...then whats the problem..is it bug or am i doing something wrong?

Hi devshoppe,

I understand you are a senior eBayer, and it is disappointing. Please write to Ebay.com customer support. Are you registered PayPal user ? You can also post this similar post in the buyer discussion boards. They can help. Ebay.com is making sure bidders from outside are genuine or not. It is easy to anyone register in eBay with commas and blank spaces in eBay India (Safety & Security team head Sharth is already working on that from 6 months to fix this problem 🙂 ). It is not discrimination don't take it personally. It is for seller/buyer safety exercise. We have to co-operate with them. Even in eBay.in if you like to change password, they ask your whole history, it does not mean that eBay don't know you, it is for for the security and safety reason. Goodluck !!!
