Problem while updating-adding shipping details

Hello everybody

I am encountering a problem when i try to add shipping details of an sold item.

I have shipped the item on Saturday 25th.
Since then I am trying to add shipping details, but every time when I type and press Submit button, the next page massage is........

This Page Is No Longer Available

This page may have moved or is no longer available

Please try one of the following options:
Check the Web address you entered to make sure if it's correct................................. so on

eBay suggested me to use another browser but it do not work.

Can anyone guide me for this problem.

It happened to me once, recently. This may happen due to various reasons, like - slow internet connection, ebay server down, browser cookies, etc.

Next time when this happens, you need to start over. Visit eBay India's home page and repeat the same process. Be sure to clean-up your browser cookies periodically.

its happening with me since morning and i am using broadband connection and even site is opening once in 8 to 10 clicks

i used internet explorer 7.0 & 8 and mozilla and google chrome....but same problem with every browser
