Poor Customer Care support

I bought one item through ebay, unfortunately due to damaged product, required customer care support.
But to my surprise, this is the most un-responsive customer care i have experienced. Mails are not replied, when i call, i receive a reply that our representative will get back to you soon which doesn't happen.

My one issue (FRORC003 eGuarantee Claim # < 93332 > ) is still open since long but ebay guys are not intrested to reply either through mail or through call by any means.
When i choose ebay to buy a product, i never though i will have to take continious followups to take just a reply.
Would think twice before choosing ebay again!!!!

hi there , it takes a month or so to get the problem solved . but i am sure you will get your money refund when you open a case in resolution center.

I waited for more than 1 month now... but ebay is not intrested in replying to my mails... Its really too frustrating... Would never think of buying anything from ebay in future.. Other online sellers are giving hell a lot better customer service than ebay

its funny and also disgusting how come e bay recruiting moron people in their customer care service and this is the most frustrating customer care i have ever experienced in my life.i dont know what to say .i have one issue regarding refund for a product(eGuarantee Claim # 97329)when i didnt get my refund with in 7 days i called one of the customer executive regarding my refund and he asked me that through which bank u made that transaction.it was axis bank credit card.that guy told me it is a nationalize bank and it will take another 10 days.from when AXIS bank got nationalized......obviously it is a private bank .every body know this

this means e bay customer care give information which is ridiculous and lame one.every time if any problem occurs ebay dont give a damn,,,you have to take continuous followup till u get a correct information from them .very annoying service
