I bought one item through ebay, unfortunately due to damaged product, required customer care support.
But to my surprise, this is the most un-responsive customer care i have experienced. Mails are not replied, when i call, i receive a reply that our representative will get back to you soon which doesn't happen.
My one issue (FRORC003 eGuarantee Claim # < 93332 > ) is still open since long but ebay guys are not intrested to reply either through mail or through call by any means.
When i choose ebay to buy a product, i never though i will have to take continious followups to take just a reply.
Would think twice before choosing ebay again!!!!
