Noticed several numbers of 'paisapay' refund complaints on this discussion board other than one of mine(Paisapay Id: 23138231994). Since 6th Dec 2008 (that day my refund was approved against non shipment of item by seller) Contacted ebay more than a dozen times in all means including a post on this board. Been receiving some irrelavant answers with some wrong informations and advising to check back after 24-48 hours. Even Mr. Indraneel answered me with the same 48 hrs advice. But nothing showed up even after a week. I don't understand what's happening, you have all the proof that you have received my payment and later refund was approved... and also I have not received the money back (have forwarded the reply from my bank to paisapay support twice) Hope someone from ebay team will take an initiative to solve my issue.
