Paypal Transactions - Ebay Please Help.

Hello,

Please try & sort the Paypal Problem. It is a huge problem to legally accept Paypal.

I have spoken to a number of consultants and have been suggested of the following ways in which this can be sorted out.

1. Paypal issues Cheques in USD/EURO/GBP for other foreign currency. The sellers accepting Paypal can then deposit cheques with their local banks & obtain FIRC/BRC.

2. Since Paypal right now issues INR cheques drawn on Citibank. It definately maintains "Rupee Account" with Citibank. If Paypal or Citibank issues letter confirming the same to the sellers, it will solve the problem as payments for exports upto Rs. 2,00,000 can be accepted from a "Rupee Account" holder.

I am sure everyone will agree when there is a will there is a way. Please try to address the PAYPAL PROBLEM & help legalise things.

Hi,
Tell me if I am wrong.
Say,PaisaPay lists 500 or 1000 rupee notes in other sites in coins and notes category and I bid with my PayPal dollars and say I win,then they can send me that note/or may be a chek may the good old HDFC chek!!.
When there is a will,there are several ways.

Why cant paypal issue cheques in choice of currency? Those who want to stick to INR can do so and others can opto for USD.

Or try to work out an arrangement with citibank to issue FIRC, we can open citibank accounts and deposit cheques in Citibank account & obtain FIRC.

Paypal opens a Indian Subsidary & offer Merchant Account Services just like CCAvenue.

well none of the debit card issued by any bank of india will work with paypal,
i have tested each and every debit card as i am having more than 7 national and international bank account,

now for this purpose i have found a solution for all the ebay users,
