Payment made but item not received

I have made a payment for an item won on auctin and payment was made online from axisbank account in refNo. 29145896 for Rs. 371 on 20.6.2011. But the item in removed by your loss prevention team . due to this I am neither getting the item or able to file any refund claim. I sent a mail to you through customer support/ compalint and got reply in your ref No. KMM52201425V91445L0KM. But till now i am not getting any reply from ebay. Please do the needful

I paid the payment for the deodrant but till not received. Today blank courier means courier with no deodrant has been came but we have not received.Please check the status whats going on.
