Payment made, but item not received by ebay seller "Vamsi_shar" help me

Payment for item no.6759330855 has been made on 21-04-2005 but item has not been dispatched by the ebay seller.His mobile is not operational and last email dated 11-05-2005 of the seller was that he was going to dispatch the item on 22-05-2005 but he didn't dispatch and not responding any mail afterwards.Ebay email under contact us is not working always gives an error"a problem was encountered attempting to send" I sent a letter to ebay with all email exchanged with ebay seller. Help me to get the item or refund of money

A pity that all complaints are falling on deaf ears. Take the matter up with Ebay. Ebay is promoting only swindlers and cheats. Where will all this take? Soon there will be no buyers on ebay. Wake up soon and take action - Ebay!!!!! A person losing rs.40000 is no joke.

It will not take much time for downfall of ebay.No one is bothered from Ebay team to help their buyer. How one can believe in this on line business where 50% ebay sellers are fraud and cheaters. The simple job of ebay team is only to block the account of fraud seller after buyer getting cheated from these sellers. I request to all victimised buyers to be united to present a forum

The fact that you were not able to contact us through the "Contact Us Link", the same has been reported to our concerned Department and is being looked into.

I won item no. 6759330855 (Brand new cer Aspire 1801MSMi laptop). I received email from purchasenotice@ebay.in on 12-04-2005
Ebay seller contacted me on 19-04-2005 by email that "vamsi krishna" account has been blocked and requested to deposit the amount in his friend's Mr. Pradeep. G ICICI nellore account no. 631001507083.
Agreed amount of Rs. 35000/- has been deposited by me through fund transfer vide ICICI cheque no. 237193 dated 21-04-2005 on account no. 631001507083 (Mr. Pradeep G account).I sent many emails to the seller and his friend Mr. Ravi G who contacted me first on phone and email/yahoo messanger (friendlyhostings@yahoo.com)
On 25-04-2005 I received email from Ravi that he is in J&K and he would despatch the item after returninh but didn't
On 11-05-2005 I received email from seller that Ravi has met with an accident and lost his legs and seller Vamsi krishna is returning India on 22-05-2205 and would despatch the laptop on same day but didn't and now they are not responding may mail. I collected address of Pradeep. G "door no. 15-22,1298, 7th cross Road,Sujathamma Colony, Nellore,Guntur. His phone no. 0861-2304095 not existing. I opened dispute console on 23 -04-2005 to 30-05-2005 but not responded by seller. I sent letter to ebay with all emails exchanged with sellers and his friends. Today again I tried many times to reach you through email under contact us link but it gives an error message"A problem was encontered while attempting to send your message" and never succeded.Ebay contact us email is link is really not working. After completing all fields and pressing submit button it gives an error. There is a software problem from ebay email link. Help me please for getting my item or getting refund of my money.Awaiting for your response

on baazee in such a case where a buyer puts up a complaint that is spotted by the authorities - the action was directly taken on the issue. but here on ebay they just ask u to use the same old way and use the HELP link.

i.e spells as if -- loose money and help yourself.

Bueyrs should prefer transacting with Power sellers only.

i symphatize with ankuchi and hope ebay will help him out int he issue.

Our team has checked, and the 'Contact Us' link seems to be working fine. The issue could be specific to your computer. Can I request you to please clear the cache in your computer, deleting all the cookies, and trying again?

Alternatively, if possible, you could try to do the same from another computer.

Dear Ankuchi, I think you should report the matter to the police so that the case could be investigated, you're not the only one I guess. The other I was reading my daily national news paper which pointed out of similar cases where people have been duped of money in leiu of laptops at cheap prices.

I feel sorry for you, all I can say is you should have been more careful

Oh! man once again duped by seller thro' e-bay loop holes. . . I don't under what is e-bay doing for avoiding such future frauds . . . can e-bay team share its plan to counter this . . .

well . . . e-bay doesn't have much time left before the issue is to taken to court.

Your appeal Will go on deaf ears, you will never receive a good response which is up to mark and resovle your problem, You will only get some stupid emails which will sound like a computer auto responding.



so please forget all this, email and help system and try out something practical. Make a police complain and try to find out the culprit yourself.



eBay is just concerned about their commission, they are never concerned about any buyer's or seller's problems.



try to make up your mind that you have lost your money forever.
