I paid for a Xperia Arc S phone on June 27th, PaidaPay ID 31547983937.
After a couple of days of no response, I sent messages to both the Seller Electro Vision and the eBay customer service . The seller did not bother to respond & I got teh following from eBay
"On checking the records we have noticed that the seller had shipped the Item via Blue dart. So we request your to wait till the timeline i.e of 02-Jul-12, If in case your are not receiving the item within this timelines you have and option to initiate the refund for the same after 03-Jul-12." Note that they only said Blue Dart but gave no tracking ID or contact number.
Now, while they gave a date of 3rd, the account said the expected delivery to be 9th of July, i.e. today.
In between I sent a couple of more queries to both parties and while the seller did not respond as usual, the eBay customer service also failed to respond any further.
Still I waited till today to finally be sure but now it has crossed all the limits.
Also, I cannot follow the claim procedure as described in eBay's help section because I never see the option for selecting non receipt of the item.
The phone number is always busy and only thing I could do is to send a mail. Waiting for the response...

& this sad story doesn't end here... two more points I'd like to share...
1. I bought the same item a couple of weeks earlier too, but the seller that time informed me that he is unable to deliver for some reasons and the money was refunded.
This is second time in a row... I have now waited a month to get one item and all I have is a credit card bill but nothing to show...
2. In between I got a confusing mail from eBay regarding refund claim of another item. In fact I'd received and confirmed the receipt of the same the previous day and had also given feedback to the seller. So, there was never a case of refund.
eBay is losing it!
