Please refer to the claim id 3405745. The claim is rejected out of the blue on no grounds what so ever. Is this the protection you are offering to your buyers. I ordered bubble wrap that does not have bubbles ?? laughable it is. Its is a faulty product being delivered and there are no returns for the same as paise pay rejected the cliam. This is chaotic and unwarranted. Kindly take the action as that product is not the one that i ordered.
Above decison of customer service is hilarious and laughable. Avoid using ebay.in. Flipkart and Amazon still remains the flagship brands with great returns and customer support.
