Paisapay recd my money and not paid to seller

hi all,

i bought an item 5016883450 on ebay and paid instantly through my credit card. but i am yet to get the product. the seller says that he has not received the money from paisapay. ebay is not taking this complaint, i feel ebay and paisapay are cheating customers like me.

be careful while paying on ebay
