Hi I recently sold 3 things and shipped it out once i got a message from paisapay saying the item has been paid. then i get a message from paisa pay that my check will be sent to me in 3 working days and now yesterday they say my payment is on hold and my paisapay a/c is on suspension. for release of my payment i need to send them a proof of delivery of the 3 items.
so i sent the chargeslips of the courier and now they havent even replied back what do i do?
