PaisaPay remittence problem. pls help

My amount 39000.00 is kept on hold from more than 2 months. because 3 buyers could not confirm item receipt in time. I sent by speed post but somehow it was not showing on tracking. One of them directly wrote to PaisaPay as below with a copy to me.

To EBAY, please take note that I did receive the (paisapay ID 23071044268, item 180302379318) in a very efficient and timely manner from the vendor ivashi but I delayed in getting on the web to confirm the receipt and when I did go on the time period had elapsed and I was not able to make the change. Please pay the vendor the amount due and update the site review to indicate that I received excellent service and am happy with my purchase. Please send me confirmation that you have indeed paid the vendor the amount due so I feel confident in using your service in the future. Thank You

Paisapay refused receving of this e-mail. I have asked Paisapay to refund the buyers and release the remaining payment. I have sent KYC 3 times already. I have paid all money from my pocket but nothing is happening. I have sent many e-mails to ebay support. Any help please...

i was planning to buy a home theatre projector.but now...

Firstly i apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you while following up with our teams regarding the above mentioned transactions.

Here is an update on your issue:

Your KYC has been completed as on 07th Feb 2009. Since there were transactions for which shipping was not trackable online we had asked for verification documents such as PODs. I understand that you had responded back requesting for refunds of those. There was a delay to act on the same from our end and I agree that this is something which is has caused inconvenience to you.

However, this should also be cleared from our end by tomorrow. Please let us know if you still face any issues on the same.
