PaisaPay: More trouble than convenience

I finally thought i will buy something from Ebay india. Ordered a DVD player on 28th June. Paid Thru my credit card. PaisaPay came in between me and the seller. 4 days later, my payment is still under processing. No replies from the ebay support. 4 calls to ebay. No solid answers as to why does a online payment take 4 days to process. ( Its a database verification. happens instantly all over the WORLD).
After all this all i hope is i get my product atleast. Dont want to be cheated by the seller.
Perhaps my first and last experience with EBAY.

You are right. Paisapay simply waste both Sellers & Buyers time. They are least concern about others precious time. I don't understand why they hold buyers or sellers money and then waste time, as if we are slaves.

I strongly advise eBay.in PAISAPAY should not keep buyers money or sellers remittance for more than 1 billing cycle unless any dispute by the buyer. If both Seller and buyer are satisfied with the transaction then PAISAPAY have no right to hold the money or remittance. They should either refund the buyer or remit the seller but should never hold the amount. After all eBay is just a medium for Seller and Buyer.


Paisapay must learn to value Members time, money.
