I was buy the material on 6/2/2015 . material not shipped due to undeliverable location by (Bluedurt) seller. automaticaly return the same to the seller address. BUT when I ask for my refund , ebay customer support missbehave with me , and hold refund as per seller request. I want know, how can anyone hold the money of a customer without any notice.(& Interest also).
