I have already paid Rs 11532 on 17-10-2015 but product has not been shipped yet. Today is 7th day. Ebay website is showing estimated delivery date is 26-10-2015. Pls tell me if the product is not dispatched till today how it will reach upto 26-10-2015. When I called Ebay executives they informed that product has been dispatched through Bluedart AWB no 69347136762. But Bluedart website shows this as a wrong airway bill no. Additionally seller is saying that this product is not available with him and now he is not answering my calls. If seller has not dispatched the product how Ebay executives are giving courier acknowledgement nos of dispatch ? You are misguiding customers. Ebay has good reputation in market. Do not destroy it.
If customer has paid you on the order date why product delivery is late ? If Ebay was having idea of late delivery then why cash on delivery option had been removed ? This is harassment of customer. Request to deliver right product with immediate effect or I will complaint to consumer forum against Ebay
