My items in 2 listings were bidded and won by a bidder.. After receiving the payment invoice particulars,thro Ebay, the bidder has not paid ,but left negative feedback. such as "item small, cost is too high I donot want". Nowadays it become hard to get the feedback from buyers.even though they receive the item as per listing specifications.
What is the right, the buyer have, to leave negative feedback without paying and receiving the material. ?
How ebay system allow the buyers to leave negative feedback without making payment, without receiving the material. Is The system of ebay requires some modification in their source code programme. ?
