I bought a item ( Item ID - 310256756423 PaisaPay ID 30385897325)and the item is deleted immediately the next day its shipped by vendor - eazyshoppe ( 4817 ) - ( customer care replies that vendor violated the policy of eBay). I have raised a claim ( # 72042) with customer care and even after 14 days ( 11th jan 2012), i am getting the same recorded answer from the customer care officer that i will get a callback today ( everyday) from Srinivas, who is handling my case. I am loosing hope with ebay and doubt about the positive image that ebay has in India. Very shame on buying with eBay.
Since the item was deleted, i have no option to write feedback about the vendor.
