Good morning
This is Mani vasu I have got a opportunity to buy UBI surfer Rs 9999 on 10th november 2009, i have paid the said amount via credit card, the seller have requested by mail stating that to give feed back as i have received the product so that he can get the immediate money to import the product from uk and deliver the product by 25th november 2009, now he says he has got some software problem so he required to get new product from uk and need further more 8 days to deliver. I got confused whether the deal is ok or not and also i unable to give feed back unless to see the product. I want to know wether i made any mistake on this issue please advice me or please tell the seller to resolve and make good relationship for further more order.

I have one more ID in ebay which is -varshaclass1 were i was certified by seller best customer since last 2years

In the month of November-December 2008, there was an assured gift offer of IPOD suffle for purchase of Rs. 8000 & above.

With respect to paise pay transaction 23137973353, I did a transaction of Rs. 9999 on 22-11-08 & accordingly I am eligible for Apple ipod suffle offer.

After speaking to the customer care the next day, my request for the free IPOD was registered on 23-11-2008 vide reference no. 00174707 and I am informed that the delivery is expected within 45 days.
But unfortunately i did not receive the ipod till date even after making several requests.

After prolonged correspondence for over one year, I think that such type of offers are bogus and are being used by Ebay to entice high cost purchases. So beware!

Ok ,I have some suggestions...

For the items that we sell through Auction,The Final Value Fee is credited Instantely as the Auction ends,Regardless of the fact that the Buyer hasnt paid for the same.
If u ppl can introduce some kind of method through which the Seller gets the FVV on the Item sold through Auction at the time he receives the Payment,it would be a great thing and plus will save the time of the seller,because then he dosent needs to open An Unpaid Item Case.....

Plus u ppl can declare a certain day on which a Seller will not be charged any Fee for listing the Item(Ps:-or a few hrs as a bonus to ebay Sellers)

Dear Sir,
If I have a pre-agreed item targetted to a particular repeat buyer,I still use to transact through ebay.in .
But your attitude and your partner PaisaPay's attitude is dangerous.As soon as my buyer pays,you start your biased system.
You and me work on the ground of mutual trust,which you seem to forget as soon as the payment is made and you do not consider me to be a valued customer any more.
Other eBay sites are much better in this respect.
Even Ebay Singapore is a more reliable business partner.
How do you expect that I drive in European buyers to you site?
This is my view.I am not here to influence other sellers.They are mature adults and they can apply their own judgement.
I wish you success,but my personal reservation is growing day by day.

It is really nice to see the ebay Global buy comming up. This can avoid our products getting held up or getting lost in the customs department. Is there any plan for getting similar products from DE site as well ?

It would also be great if ebay has help page to details about the custom process, and approximate custom charges for the products.
