Ebay needs to change some things in there websites.. on Urgent basis..

1.> COD PROBLEM:-If seller mention LOCAL COD ONLY...STILL National buyer can sellect the Check box of COD. yes shipment charges is only come for national courier..but he is able to tick COD and order genrated in cod basis. which is bad as per seller and buyer. which we mention lots of time but there is no step taken by EBAY

2.> Rating System Totally Bad. IF same buyer purchase different item and rate you positive still it is count as one...which is bad as per selling point..you are giving a better service but that positive point is still not counting... atleast from a single buyer 2 positive rating should be counted...if see ebay rules -2+2=0, -1+2=1,but if -2+1=-1...Y bad service countable but good is not..

3.>Pasia Pay..processing above 2000 amount pasia pay too much time to process it must be fast..

4.> customer care STILL worse only have few lines which they repeat and repeat

5.>Notification:- Kindly GIVE US A notification mail that you received a bill Payment.

6.> Auction Bid Information:- User canactive or disable it.. i wanted a single status of my auction every time have to log in and check weather is bid is increase or not it is quite frustated..

7.> Hot Item Zone:- Select only on purchases basis not on watch basis..

i hope you will consider 7 points it will increase your sale that i can gurantee..

I WILL GLAD SOME OTHER SELLER SHARE THERE POINT OF VIEW ON THIS THREAD

and also seller satisfaction... as per 7 and 1/2 year exprience in Marketing & Customer Care..i know how to make things grow...REST IS ON YOU
because you not even bother to reply seller query just ignore.. and you people say you value your seller..

I totally agree with
ganeshimpex . All 7 points need to be considered seriously. However I know
rating/ feedback system can't be changed. But eBay kindly consider other 6
points.

Rating System Totally Bad. One feedback rating number increase per person, not per transaction. This prevents feedback padding, where members sell/buy 100 things to/from friends for a penny each, and rocket feedback into the stratosphere. I think, there must be another way to receive feedback multiple times from the same member and still get your points without the risk of "padding". It just isn't fair the way all has to suffer just because some people might take advantage of a loophole.

Thanks for your feedback..

First rating system can be change it is just a coding thing... rest for one product 1+ve rating should be counting as per normal rules but stoping the guys who miss use it..just put the positive creatria upto 3 or 2 for different-2 item..take a example:-
1.Arjun purchase 2 shoes , 2 watch, 2 belts from seller abcexport...now he give full positive rating for the all item.this come to +3ve for abcexport..

2.Arjun purchase 2 wallets, 2 belts from xyz seller gave them full positive rating..result come xyz +2ve

3.> Arujun again pyrchase from the same seller abcexport and xyz 2 belts,2 wallets... gave again positive rating result come NIL feedback add but not in rating...

simple rules can solve the issue...if ebay so consider to increase there seller profile as well as ebay sale

Thanks for taking in time to put down your thoguths on Possible Improvement areas on eBay

Here are my thoughts on the same:

1.> COD PROBLEM:- I think there is some disconnect on this topic. We have tested this feature and it has always worked as desired. I am trying to get some one from product team to conduct a workshop on this topic so that all of us are on the same page as far as this feature is concerned.

2.> Rating System Totally Bad - Ratings received from your repeat buyers does count towards calculating your Power Seller Feedback score. So, as a seller if you receive lot of repeat buyers, it will certainly help your Power Seller Score.

We are further working on some feedback system improvements. Stay tuned to know mroe on those changes.

3.>Pasia Pay processing above 2000 amount - PaisaPay does not discrimate against payment basis the payment amount only. Payment amount is just one component of the risk metrics. The system looks into various aspects of the transaction (which cannot be shared with community for security reasons). The intent basically is to minimise chargebacks. We are continuously working towards improving our time lines on the same, however, your co-operation in the same will be highly appreciated.

4.> customer care STILL worse only have few lines which they repeat and repeat - This is one of our biggest focussed areas. In Gautam's Open house, we shared a plan on how we intend to improve on the same. We are working according to the plan, and will be awaiting community's constant feedback on the improvements that they notice (if they notice :-))

5.>Notification:- Kindly GIVE US A notification mail that you received a bill Payment - I will like to understand the need that prompted this suggestion. You will like to have a notification, becasue it is difficult for you to keep track of your payments made to eBay? Further clarificaiton will be helpful.

6.> Auction Bid Information:- I am not sure I understand this suggestion entirely. Again, further clarification will be helpful

7.> Hot Item Zone:- Select only on purchases basis not on watch basis. - Do you mean eBay Pulse? If so, I will forward this suggestion to the right team so that they can keep it in mind for future changes in eBay Pulse.

Please do not feel that eBay intends to ignore your suggestions. At times, we are not able to give an appropriate reply, however, please be assured that all your thoughts are channeled to the right teams for evaluation.

Changes take time to be implemented. At times it might take longer than you expected, and at times, it might not get implemneted at all. However, we are continuously trying to bring in features and changes that can help our members and help the community grow.

Thanks for your response sapana. Yes i know changes need a time..i just what thay ebay guys see my suggestion and give atleast replay as you given...we will look at it..or it will take time etc.. some response.. as seller point of view we give full feedback or reponse to buyer for better service.... now here comes you as seller (as you charges commison and we pay you fees) and we come as buyer...so we need communication to be better...now you can see i posted this query on 16-10-07 and you reply it on 30th there is huge gap...i know you are the most busy person on ebay to reply lots of query and feedbacks...but try to make a reply fast it frustating when you did not get a response from your team members...

1.> Cod Problem:- Clarification...i purchase from ebay too from another id (i did not want to spoil this one) and i am from delhi Like:- I purchase one TIE from seller (fashion) he offer cod on mumbai...i click on buy now what happen your total plus radio button appear where COD is showing... when i saw cod i select it.. but cod is only available in mumbai.. how can it is showing to me..yes it change the shipping to national courier...now see as buyer Point of view He found the most attractive option without consider that buyer offer locally only according to him it may be web site glitch or seller forgot to write on the page... or now it is his hedic to give in this mode i just select it....

Result:- order genrated with a COD TAG and Shipping charges of National courier...

Seller Response:- He responded on email cod is not availabel kindly select another like so and so...

Buyer REsponse:- 1.MOst common NO response 2. I only Wanted on cod terms 3.Y it is mention on over there..

Final Result:- Deal is Cancel..Unpaid warning issue..no response..case closed we got the fees refund and a genuine buyer has been remove from the ebay...

Suggestion:- Just put a authentication (CODE) in COD which check buyer states if it is not in same State it give post back message:- "SORRY COD IN ONLY AVAILABLE LOCALY ONLY KINDLY SELECT ANOTHER MODE OF PAYMENT"

Best Would be :-" DID NOT SHOW COD OPTION if there not from local"

2.> EBAY PULSE you CAN SAY OR IF YOU CAN CHANGE IT "EBAY HOT ITEM"(it drives more sales towards ebay)

3.> Notification:- As soon we paid the Fees of ebay..we got a email from ebay...Thanks for your payment of so and so.. or if the cheque is cleared thanks for the payment so and so...it will be help full because we have to search every time from the payment list which is very hard and confusing too.

4.> Bid status:- it help us to keep track of our auction item it going good or bad and save our time to keep loging checking the status...after every bid we got a email...that this buyer id () bid of this much amount
