I will encourage you to post your thoughts, comments and suggestions on this thread.

I am very well aware of the refund facility as you have pointed out but that works only for items not yet shipped and not for other refunds.
The issue here is the part paispay plays, the refund never happens in 2-3 days as mentioned by ebay and in fact I have received negative feedback for the refund not being done as per paisapay SLA.
What we are saying here is that we should be able to do refund from our account directly to the buyer account via paisapay of course but we should have control over the transaction to do it whenever we wish, not ebay doing it at their own sweet will(10-14 days), a transaction number should be generated(just like banks), all the fees adjusted(FVF and others) and the buyer should come to know that seller has done the refund.

First of all things i would like to say that, at ebay a seller is always at loss.
A refund request was initiated on 3rd july for paisa pay id-29327919114 by the buyer id-"suchandrima1234's"
I dropped a mail regarding the POD on 6th july to inrswebhelp@ebay.com, i have not received a reply till yet and now i see the refund has been approved.
The POD can be clearly seen at the professional couriers website.
The AWB number is DEL200441434.
This clearly shows where ebay and its customer support are lacking.

We have a question. Whenever a non receipt claim is given by buyer paisapay team ask for POD (Proof Of Dispatch) & POD (Proof Of Delivery)
We have a account with BLUEDART. They do not provide (Proof Of Dispatch) as they provide us bundle of sticker which we have to stick on the courier packed & we take receipt of parcels in total whatever parcel we give to them in an manifest. They do not provide receipt as a regular customer because they have printed stickers for clients in their name & the client can lo gin in his/her account and check all the parcels send by date.
What if in this case we are unable to provide the POD (Proof Of Dispatch) ?

4 issues:
1. Remittance still takes 2 days to come to my account.
2. I wish to change my Bank Details from Personal to Business Account. Do I have to resubmit my KYC for the same?
3. International buyers have nightmare making payment through Paisa Pay. Please suggest alternative.
4. Buyer “sexysmooth” has left 2 neutral Feedback on 16 June 2011. With statement "Ok".
I spoke with him he says he is happy but as neutral feedback does not do any harm he has left the same. This is not correct and I would appreciate if this neutral feedback is removed.
I sincerely hope all my 4 points are answered.

PaisaPay should be given independence. It should be able to operate like PayPal. At present it is only a wing of Indian eBay. Sorry for telling you the truth.
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava

I usually purchase from ebay.com because ebay.in rates are higher, till now I have shopped for more than 100 items & got them safely, but the real problem occurs while paying them,As u can check I have purchased goods worth nearly a lakh or so but two unpaid items have been recorded in my account, this is not because I don't have the money but for this bullshit paypal, there is no live feedback corner as I am replying now, moreover I have to change Six different credit cards for paypal account,What is this?It is a gross misconduct, moreover my cards have been debited double many a times with zero refunds till date,no Vbv(visa) site,My account has been verified with my pan card ,but I cannot pay with my account, you need to have a USA based bank account for linking your account, are those not bullshits,Even when I pay for certain items my card is debited but unpaid items have been marked, where these money are going, now I am to see what is your reply,as I have got many absurd replies from ebay before, happy ebaying-cacti290870(debabrata.garia@gmail.com)
