Hi,
I have requested for the return/refund after purchasing a phone on the same day of delivery as it had some damages, heating problems and SIM not being detected.
It has been more than a month and there has been absolutely no response from either ebay or the seller.
Things have made me really frustrated and I have decided to go ahead towards consumer complaint. I am digging towards the process for the same.
If anyone of you had experinence in the same or aware of the process please let me know.
