Only way Left - Please file cases in consumer court and take them down.!!!

Hi,

 

I have requested for the return/refund after purchasing a phone on the same day of delivery as it had some damages, heating problems and SIM not being detected.

 

It has been more than a month and there has been absolutely no response from either ebay or the seller.

 

Things have made me really frustrated and I have decided to go ahead towards consumer complaint. I am digging towards the process for the same. 

 

If anyone of you had experinence in the same or aware of the process please let me know.

hey dear Harsha,

 

Im Daksha V. having the same exact proble.. i reeived a damage phone screen all broken,,, i claimed on the same day of delivery and i was told it will be solved in 20 days till now all they say is to wait whn i call up... i have paid 8000 for the mobile which ws used n damaged as well...i still have got no response from Ebay.. i too wana file in counsumer cout for this, this is the hieghts of waiting... i see many cases they dont response n dont give money back... ebay is worst site ever... plz call me if u need any help or anything ....daksha
