Amitava Jee- I generally use Aramex, and hand over my interior shipments to DTDC. No doubt it is slow but I feel there is no alternate also. Moreover 3 -4 of my shipments have also been stolen in DTDC. Ya and one T-shirt even worn and trial fitted before delivery.

Amitava Jee, I am keeping my fingers crossed on Paisapay COD, because it is very early to say anything. It is a great concept and can almost double the existing sales on eBay. But bigger the monster, Stronger the Chains you need. I sincerely wish my best to the team who is working on it.

I was trying to just put forward some of my past experiences with DTDC.

Regards

@ mobilesaccessory:

You can send your shipments from Punjab.

There is no need of any courier office details for you as you would not required to visit the courier service for the despatch.

Once the order is placed by the buyer via eBay on PaisaPay COD, a courier service out of three (Bluedart, Aramex or AFL) will get automatically assigned by the system and you will receive a call from that courier service about the pickup of the item. Alternatively, you can also contact eBay Customer Care if the pickup is not arranged on time.

You need to pack and keep the item ready for despatch. Once the item is delivered to the buyer, after the reconciliation, you will receive the payment on your PaisaPay remittances as you would normally receive for Online PaisaPay payments.

Hi Biren

Really Important Question.
As i sell low value items and mostly there are combine shippments like 2 or 3 ladies wrist watches which comes under 500 grams weight.
How will charges be calculated? i have to Pay Rs125 for each item??
If its yes then for 3 items i have to Pay Rs 125 x 3 = 375/-
Whereas in present i would be charges as Rs45 as Shipping & Rs 30 as COD so total Rs75/-. Rs300 extra would make a huge difference for low value items to the buyers.
Hope to get some comments

Regards / Shabbir

@atthershabbir...

You are being charged 5% or 125/- per package, period. Does not matter what it contains and what's the weight, you pay per package that's all.
