One of the worst online shopping experiences

I had bought 4 products lately from ebay, for the fist  time and definitely the LAST one, out of which 2 products are great but the other two are beyond worse.

 

When I tried searching for the refund policy, it was exactly opposit of the tag line"easy refund or replacement". 

Also since I checked out as a guest during my purchase. Since the products that I received were defective I had to amke an account to return the same. I cannot find those products in my account because I checked out as a  guest then.

 

So how do I return the products now?  The reply to that question from customer care was nowhere close to helping me. Infact they couldn't even figure out how do I do it. They just kept sending me links for Paisapay claim which were of no help since my product wasn't even displayed in my purchase history.

 

I am still figuring out if ebay is going to refund me the money or not. 

 

0% customer satisfaction ebay. 

Nothing close to even being good.

 

I never wish to return as a customer to you.

 

The most pathetic online shopping experience I have ever had.
