Please Make eBay customer care available 24/7, as it is
available only from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00
PM IST, so it creates problem and make shopping and
communication hectic. And the customer care
representatives reply a little late to the query so plz
make them fast. The most important thing which i want eBay to take in notice is that plz plz plz request the
sellers to sell on genuine rates and at the rates which
are less than in the market, because i've seen
most of the sellers are selling costly on eBay and sell
cheap at their business places (OUT OF EBAY)or that same
item is available fron other online website or in the
marker at less price, so this thing is very important
because it badly effects the popularity and reputation
of eBay. eBay is a growing and becoming very popular
among buyers because of it's services, discounts, and
honesty as it deserves to be and should continue to be, so for that the above mentioned probems should be
positevely taken into consideration by eBay.
