some times seller sending item is not working, that time buyers go to complint against seller or they send iteme back to seller for replacement. who will suffer for this matter cost wise? ebay not give support to this. we want if item not working seller should arrange for pickup or full refund of courier charges for that not working item. ebay should take action for this type of complint ?:|
