For the very first time I purchased a Sony mobile from ebay, and it's been 13 to 15 days I have raised a claim for that item. I call to its customer care every day for my claim but every time they are giving me the same response that call will come within 24 hrs. I am really dispointed that I have chosen eBay for online buying I will never buy any items from this company because even if it is a international brand it's customer service is 3rd class. My claim Id is 1266531. My first emi for mobile will go in this week and I am paying it for a broken product. Ridiculous service. Hate it
