Hi,

I am Not able to escalate complaint - service no given by customer care invalid. Spoke to customer care executive he couldnt explain/help ?? Is this way to avoid complaints ?

Most Third Class Company E bay Management in Inda is 4th grade

No customer serce nos are responding 

Grievances Phones are not picked up

Pl go to consumer Court & Teach E bay a lesson

Even Fradulant , duplicate & smuggled products are listed

Pl do not bye on E bay , you will bye headache as a Bonus

True... If u get entangled with eBay, their guarantee is just false promises.
There is no response for last one month with follow ups. The escalation process is there but it does not work. Even tried writing direct to grivence officials but no response from him either. The customer care executive are trained to put your call on hold for eternity if u want it transfered to their supervisors. They will tell u that a call back would be arranged but that call will never come. Neither would u get any reply not even automated response from eBay. Try spreading word to stop people buying on eBay india

Nicely put.Same here.They do not do anything for the complaints.Let us spread the word not to buy on ebay.in and aviod getting cheated.
