Not able to close dispute:-(

I m not able
to close disputes in dispute console. My fellow co - sellers are also
experiencing this problem I guess. Ebay plz get it corrected. I have send my
buyer unpaid item reminder --- He paid for the item -- Now I m not able to
choose --- We have completed the transaction and we are both satisfied -- b'coz
it's not coming. Helpppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes even we are not able to File an unpaid item dispute to non paying and unregistered users also.The page does not open only.Please rectify this soon.
