Hi,
A deffective,non-working walkie talkie ZWT-388 was sent to my address by sonya_international,seller on ebay in the last 1/2 weeks.I want refund of my purchase.I feel decieved by the way sellers are selling fake,non working things on eBay.I'll suggest they better beg on trains,stations.It's more respectful than this business of cheating,dacoity they are in.

contact the seller and ask them to replace the item, if they regret just file a case against them " item not as described"

Probably contacting the seller will solve this problem.

Does the product has some warranty or not ?
