One of the option of payment is COD given I wanted to collect the camera in Mumbai he has not replied.

I have sent number of mails the seller has not responded finally I have asked to deliver to the address I hope he will do COD

Is there any time frame where the seller or buyer has to respond to the mail.
or I feel i just wasting time on E bay buying
This was my frist buy I have a bad experience from the seller

You are getting fed up little too early. It is barely three days that the auction is ended and you are already fed up with the seller. Allow some breathing time to the seller.

Why don't you give a telephone call to the seller, if you are in such a tearing hurry?
