Non receipt of an item(251226517793) for which payment was already made

item no :251226517793

I purchased the above mentioned item on Feb 26 and had made the payment through online bank transfer.e-bay had sent a message indicating the shipment of the item.But so far I have not received the item.I was supposed to receive the item no later than Mar 9th.Please resolve this at the earliest.
