I have participated eBay's "Valentine’s promotion scheme - 2010". I have chosen my free gift as "HP 2 GB pendrive" using promotion code WELUVYOU01 on 15-Feb-2010. Initially ebay has informed me that they have sent the gift. But I did not receive it.
I requested your customer care to send through DTDC or Professional courier or EMS speed post. But till now I have not received the gift. From last five months, I am regularly following up this matter with your customer care (18002093229) but I am getting only few standard answers like "Please check after 2 days" or "Gift will be despatched to your registered address within 10 days" etc.
Last week I have taken Mr. Pranay's (one of the supervisor in your customer care) mobile number from one of your customer care executive and explained him about the issue. Only during my first contact he listened my query and after that Whenever I am contacting him (around 15 times) he disconnected the call, about three four times he told me to contact after 2 hrs etc.... If I call him after his requested duration, either he is not receiving the call or I am listening service provider's message "This number is currently unavailable".
Please look in to this matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.
