I purchased a moto x play mobile from ebay.
After 2 months its charger stopped working. I contacted with ebay support then said, contact to seller, I contacted them and sent many messages though email and called many time. but didnt get any resolution. Seller said we can not help you do whatever u can, or contact to ebay or motorola service center.
I reached to motorola service center they said ebay is not autorised to sell motorola product, so we can not provide any support on this.
Now here I got fulled, I just wested my money and time. There is no solution.
I want charger as it you provided with warranty.
