Secondly tell which method of sale is better auction or fixed price???

For new sellers like you, PLEASE never use AUCTION to sell your items.
I highly recommend to sell in BUY IT NOW method.
It takes a while to get your sales running.
Need to get some positive replies and watch your sales grow.

I think main reason is you need to improve the quality of your listing. Compare listing from other sellers and get an idea and improve your listing. May be it may help you.
