No response from ebay or supplier

I had purchased a 'Car Kit Vent and Windshield Suction Mount Holder f-MHP' order no (270936557827)from ebay. It was delivered well in time. But the supplied unit became non functional in two weeks after using it for 5 times during that period. I submitted my problem both to ebay and 'booyahchicago ' the supplier. I have not received nither a call or email from both parties. Incidentally this was my second purchase in ebay after I joined it recently.

Sorry to see you in trouble in your 2nd purchase.

Can you please clarify 1 thing ? Have you raised the claim/problem to eBay with in 30 days of the date when u made the payment ?

Because if you miss this 30 Day Deadline, even eBay wont be able to help you out of this.
